  • Automated transcripts of all recorded content
  • AI-generated analysis and insights from interviews

3.2 Retention Period:

  • Interview recordings and transcripts are retained indefinitely by default
  • Account holders may request deletion of specific recordings
  • Upon account termination, data may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion
  • We may retain anonymized or aggregated data indefinitely for analytical purposes

3.3 Access to Recordings:

  • Account holders who created the interview have full access
  • Designated team members with appropriate permissions
  • 5E Intel support staff (for technical support purposes only, with your consent)
