3. Survey and Interview Data Sharing
Our platform includes survey and interview features that enable users to invite others to participate. When you participate in surveys or interviews, your data may be shared according to the following rules:
a. Invited Surveys (One-to-One Connection)
- Your responses from that specific survey will be shared with the person who invited you
- This creates a one-to-one data sharing connection between you and the inviter
- Your data is NOT shared with other participants or users
- If you've completed any Global Surveys (described below), those results will also be shared with the inviter unless you've opted out
b. Global Surveys (Platform-Wide Behavioral Studies)
Global Surveys are platform-wide behavioral or personality studies (such as Big Five Personality, Emotional Intelligence, etc.) that help create comprehensive profiles.
- By default, your Global Survey results are shared with ALL users who have invited you to take their surveys
- You can opt out of Global Survey sharing at any time from your profile page
- When opted out, only your specific survey responses are shared (not your Global Survey results)
- Changes to this setting affect future sharing only — previously shared data remains accessible to those who already had access
c. Managing Your Data Sharing
You have full control over your data sharing:
- Toggle Global Survey Sharing: Enable or disable sharing of Global Survey results from your profile
- Remove Connections: You can remove your connection with any inviter, which stops all future data sharing with them
- Historical Data: Previously shared data remains accessible to inviters who already had access (to maintain data integrity for completed research)
d. Organizational Groups
Inviters may organize participants into internal groups or buckets for analysis purposes. These organizational structures are:
- Invisible to you as a participant
- Used only for internal organization and analysis
- Do not affect your data sharing or privacy settings
4. Data Storage and Retention
- Your files and chat history are stored securely on our servers or trusted cloud providers.
- Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the requested services or as required by law.

5. Third-Party Services and AI Technologies
Our platform integrates with third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) to deliver advanced features. These tools process your data under their own privacy policies:
- We only send data necessary to fulfill your requested task (e.g., summarizing a document or generating a video).
- We ensure all third-party services comply with industry-standard data handling and security practices.
- We do not allow third-party services to retain or use your data for any purpose other than processing your request.
